“My experience at this setting has been superb! Phill Kelly has much skill and knowledge with acupuncture. Is a great listener. After a horrible car crash, I was left with a TBI and pain in my head and back, which is steadily subsiding due to the treatments I’ve been receiving. “I am a transgender woman, so there are some extra things I look for in healthcare. After my first visit, which was 2 hours, I felt like I had made a new friend, a doctor friend who cares about my health and listens to my concerns. Dr. Johnson is very kind and personable and treated me with utmost respect. She is still learning about FTM transgender care, but she is 100% on board and supportive, and seems to really seem to want to get up to speed on everything for my best care.The small clinic felt more intimate rather than sitting in a huge lobby waiting with everyone else. My appointment was on time so I wasn't waiting a long time.One unexpectedly nice aspect was when I was done, I was just allowed to stay and rest after my blood draw, and I was free to go whenever. I didn't have to come by the front office to schedule my next appointment (I can do so from the app) or to pay anything (no copays.)I saw many of the 5-star reviews and wondered if there wasn't some "please rate us" incentive going on. I truly think that the service provided here is incentive enough to go and post a rating!“

“My husband and I were in a head on collision that was massive and we've had multiple surgeries trying to recover for the last 4 1/2 months. My femur was forced through my pelvis and my surgical scar is 2 1/2 ft long, my left arm was violently broken, my right arm had a fracture, I broke five ribs and a severe concussion with eight staples in my head. I had started at a pain management clinic and the next week I started with Dr. Shin. She has been a gift from God. She has sped my healing exponentially. I've been seeing her twice a week for six weeks, she has gotten me off of nerve medications and Oxycodone and Visterol and sleeping medications and every single prescription! I am almost completely pain free! She has been encouraging and supportive even when she was asking me to do difficult things like going off my medications. I'm so thankful to her for her honesty with me about healing, and we are almost done with treatment! I'm so glad I trusted her! It was difficult, but she did it!“

“I brought my mother here for her Immigration medical exam a couple of months ago. The staff was very friendly. My mother had to get some shots through her doctor, so we had to come back here. The 2nd visit was free and the exam was completed then. We always were attended in a quickly manner. The exam cost was SO great. Other places were charging us $500+. My mother sent her exam results in and within a month she received her residency. I highly recommend this place!“

“I'm so pleased with my care here because I never have to wait and it's seamless and well organized. Paul in the lab is maybe the best draw in the west because I barely feel the needle and he's so fast, never has to try again. Great staff and great service. I can get almost everything done here at my neighborhood clinic. And it's so nice and clean! I don't miss the old portables one bit. Burien deserved the update. And the Covid testing was never a wait. I used to tell people it was worth the drive here during the pandemic because it wasn't as busy as the other sites.“

“I can't think of another Dr who will take an appointment same day, and Hoff sometimes will take same hour.Dr. Hoff is knowledgeable, honest, down to earth, respectful, and high class. Even though Front desk at K.P Federal way doesn't feel personal or warm at all but when you go in to see Dr. Mouser, it changes everything. Thank you Dr Mouser.“

“I never knew there is such an amazing medical clinic here in the US that is affordable to everyone if you have insurance or not. Doctors are such a loving caring and humble. They are on top of everything they need to be on top of and you can tell they care. My mom loves going there and tells me these doctors are good doctors. As well the check in staff and the nurses. “I've seen DR. Cloutier for the past 5 years for my annual check up and she is amazing! She is so personable and I never feel like she is rushing. She really spends the extra time listen to concerns and getting to know you. The clinic staff is always welcoming and my appointment is always on time, which is always a plus with my busy schedule.“

“Honestly, I haven't even been seen at this location yet. But, the individual working the front desk who answered the phone (Dani (sp?)) was wonderful. I had just spent the last few hours searching my Insurance Provider's website to find doctors in-network and received multiple responses that the policies had recently changed and my insurance provider hadn't updated their website. I finally gave up and just called a name a recognized from living in Port Orchard. I was not a fan of the doctor I had there and made my issue known with Dani. Dani was empathetic and apologized for the experience, assuring me that I would not experience the same issue with with my new PCP, Kriti.Based on this experience and other reviews here that speak very highly of Dr. Choudhary, I'm excited to meet my new Doctor :)Alsoyes, I was on hold for a bit, but I sort of expect that when I call for health services at this point. nbdOnce it changes for everyone, I'll criticize those who are falling behind.“

“I just moved to the area and needed a new PCP, and I'm really glad I picked Dr. Tracy at the Seahurst clinic to try... He was great, listened better than any PCP I've had before, and is clearly really smart and up-to-date. The clinic staff were very friendly and helpful too, so I'd definitely recommend them if you need a new PCP.“

“We (our family) recently established care here with Dr. Ma, he is wonderful. I felt heard with all of my concerns and my referrals and refills were put in the same day. My Chart is great, and we love being able to make appointments online. The doctor was on time and there was ample seating in the waiting room. Liked being able to do labs onsite after my appointment.“

“Since moving to federal way and going to this kaiser, I have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences every time! The staff is always professional and friendly, and the facility is always clean and presentable. But most importantly there is a nurse named "Patty" (i'm assuming that is short for Patricia) who is FANTASTIC! I encountered miss patty twice, once for my son's vaccinations. He has a G tube and one of the vaccines was in liquid form and i was nervous about him taking it by mouth but she administered it beautifully, no problems what so ever,( and believe me I have had other nurses try before and they have nearly choked my son). And the second encounter was over the phone, I was having an issue with a referral to another hospital from kaiser and she told me "don't worry, let me call them and get you some information on the status" which was SOOOOOOOO helpful and kind of her to do. As a mother of an ADHD child and possibly epileptic child, anytime someone goes out of their way to make something easier for me. i GREATLY appreciate it and will try to return the favor in anyway I can. So Miss Patty, THANK YOU soooo much and if your supervisor gets to read this, GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE! lol“

“I called on a Monday and got an appointment for Wednesday. There was about a 20 minute delay in seeing the nurse and doctor, but it wasn’t the end of the world. The nurse and Dr Lara Hodel listened to my concerns and were empathetic and helpful. I liked that they could take my bloodwork there. I got the prescription I wanted the same day and the testing within 24 hours. I was happy to see many members of my community receiving services there and that they encourage and assist all residents, regardless of immigration or insurance status, to get care for them and their families.“

“I’ve been a long term patient of Swedish West Seattle for 37 years. My first Primary Physician was Dr. Winnie Mann. When she moved I got Dr. Hope Rice. When she retired, I was blessed with Dr. Charles Butler (my current Primary Physician). I’ve never had a bad experience with Swedish West Seattle and have received great care.It’s very unfortunate that there have been bad experiences at SPWS but we can’t let those bad experiences define or represent SPWS either. I’m in the healthcare profession myself and understand both sides of being a patient and healthcare professional. As a healthcare professional I agree that there’s challenging times where a patient can perceive receptionists/healthcare providers as being rude, frustrated and unprofessional. However on the flip side, there are patients that can be rude, expect service “pranto,” and act like “Pre-Madonnas.” I can actually say this after witnessing 3 patients lash out at the lab technician because he wasn’t moving fast enough and because he was the ONLY technician on duty. Yeah, it took about an hour before I got my blood drawn but I understood that it wasn’t the technician’s fault!“
