I'm so pleased with my care here because I never have to wait and it's seamless and well organized. Paul in the lab is maybe the best draw in the west because I barely feel the needle and he's so fast, never has to try again. Great staff and great service. I can get almost everything done here at my neighborhood clinic. And it's so nice and clean! I don't miss the old portables one bit. Burien deserved the update. And the Covid testing was never a wait. I used to tell people it was worth the drive here during the pandemic because it wasn't as busy as the other sites.

I love coming to this medical center: I have come here often over the past year and a half. I have always been seen promptly and been given courteous and appropriate interventions. The waiting area is lovely with a big fireplace. Labs and Optical have also been timely with courteous and appropriate interventions. As a retired RN I know what is good and poor service.

Dr. Tam is a caring doctor who I've had for a year now. She understands my concerns and responds to my online messages promptly and clearly about my concerns. Although it's hard to book an appointment with her as the closest one is 2-3 weeks. Dr. Dornan is also just as great as Dr. Tam. She's fun to talk to about issues and makes it feel more like a friend to friend conversation. Overall, the rest of the staff is kind and wonderful. The pharmacists are always kind and there's never too long of a wait.
