From the time I walked in the front door of this office in Federal Way until I left everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Phillips is attentive and personable. I would recommend this practice highly.
Dr. Phillips is very intentive to your needs. She hears and listens, talks to you directly. She explains what treatment will be taken and ask to follow up to make sure the treatment, meds are working. I absolutely love this doctor and referred her to friends and relatives!
I had such a great experience in the office today, and Dr. Phillips is one of the kindest, most supportive doctors I've ever met with. The rest of the staff is also wonderful, and the MA/phlebotomist is SO GOOD at what she does!
