“When my long-term sewer line issues resurfaced, Pilot Plumbing came to my rescue! Andy was quick to realize than the issue was in the back yard, not the front yard, saving me about $11,000. In spite of a weather delay, the job was done in a day, with a minimum of water shut-off. Chris and Jesse have done good work for me, and my plumbing is much improved thanks to Pilot. “I noticed my water softener was constantly running. I called United and was told someone would call me back. Aaron called back very quickly. He walked me through putting my system on bypass, which was not an easy task, until someone could come out.

An appointment was scheduled for today. Joey and Jordan showed up. They explained what was wrong with the water softener as well as the cost involved. I actually considered just not using the system anymore but after testing my water and talking to them I decided to go ahead with the repair. There was no pressure on their part and they did a great job of explaining everything. I was even given a suggestion about the best salt type for my system.

Upon doing the repair they could see that an entire piece of the equipment had broken off.
