The team at Pilot provided great service for us. They were responsive, professional and kind. We had to replace our entire drainage system and they installed new a water softener system. The new water softener system has been so great for us and I recommend it to anyone in Vancouver. Their team ensured the job was done quickly and they arrived on time. They also made sure to cover floors and areas where they worked to ensure no damage occurred in areas they worked and fixed the drywall well after opening up walls. Someone recommended this company and I’m so glad we hired them for the job. We wanted our water heater replaced as preventative measure and they were the only company that could accommodate/find the height and size we wanted. They made the process so easy!
