She took the care and time to understand every detail from the flowers I loved to the color and texture of ribbon that may or may not make sense for the dress I was wearing. The outcome was not just stunning but felt so true to us and our wedding. “Ordered same-day delivery for a friend and her family who lost a loved one over the weekend. Ordered the flowers around 1115am today, got an email at 1151 saying they were out of the flowers I ordered and can push to tomorrow or do designers choice. I emailed back within 20 minutes saying designers choice was fine. Then got a call at 120pm saying they only just saw my email and they've already gone home for the day and they'd have to push til tomorrow.<br>Why offer an alternative service then not check until *after* you leave for the day? The rep on the phone was very nice and apologetic but I selected same day because it's when my friend works from home and the website states they won't leave flowers outside (which is a great policy, but doesn't help me in this situation).<br>I was really trying to go with a local company but unfortunately their timing doesn't align now with my needs. I hope to use them again in the future and update my review based off that experience, but for this one it was a major letdown. She did offer to see if there was anything her manager could do, but as I need the flowers to go out today I just accepted the refund.<br>Don't let this review deter you from using them, just be aware that your timing may need to be flexible.<br>Note: this was for the Kent delivery florist, but they do not have an active Google listing nor does Williams Florist have a general review option.“
