She also listened to my budget constraints and actually provided an estimate that was below which I was really grateful for. I even had some last minute additions and she pulled through gracefully. I’m glad I don’t have to plan another wedding, but I’ve recommended Kelly to a handful of my friends for their upcoming weddings. “Best place and customer service ever. A delivery mess up at no fault of the florist after some checking, so I was and am STILL convinced its a wash and not worthy of a refund. The owner answered the phone personally and despite me taking the blame and saying no problem he wouldn't stop insisting on sending more flowers. Im gonna rate him 5 stars on flowers never seen and that never arrived at their party (stolen no doubt from concierge desk) based on the overwhelming customer service and attention to detail. Businesses like this are rare these days.“
