“I live in GA and was looking for a florist in the Seattle area that was community centered because the recipient is all about supporting local business. After checking out the IG and website I called Florentino’s to place an order for a birthday bouquet. The customer service was exceptional and I expressed the vibe I was going for and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. The recipient received multiple bouquets for her birthday and gushed that Florentino’s were the best and that she’d be using them in the future! So happy with the quality and customer services especially considering I was ordering from out of state!“

“This was our Christmas Disaster: both of my children and their families came down with COVID days before Christmas and (in one case) leaving for vacation. AND one of the adults had a landmark birthday coming up. What did we do besides delivering presents to the porches of the quarantined? At the last minute, Melissa made up festive deliveries of flowers AND wine/macarons/fruit/anything else that was appropriate to each family. From what I heard, these beautiful surprises gave the most joy to each family (not counting a Godzilla action figure that an 8 year old got!). Thank you, Melissa! Your work is thoughtful and exquisite. And you will have a lifelong customer in me.“
“Emerald City Flowers provided florals for our wedding that were far beyond what we thought was possible and made our venue look magical! BT made sure to get our thoughts on the floral colors/choices but has the artistic vision and expertise to deliver the most beautiful florals. She was also very easy to work with and flexible, considering we had 2 days of festivities and had requested to re-use some florals at our home pretty last minute. She would be our go to floral service in the Seattle are and we would highly recommend her to anyone!“
“Amazing shop!!I had a day of delivery and the florist (I think her name was Laura?) was so incredibly helpful. She helped me pick out a plant over the phone, then went above and beyond to deliver it! My mom loved her plant and even noted how nice the florist (she personally delivered on her way home) was and that she even called later to give the care instructions! My new go-to Seattle florist!!!“

She also listened to my budget constraints and actually provided an estimate that was below which I was really grateful for. I even had some last minute additions and she pulled through gracefully. They are just brilliant and I have been going to them for years for arrangements, they also nailed my brother's wedding, and hand delivered arrangements when I could not make the pickup myself. I do not normally give reviews but a store that is ran at this high of caliber deserves one. Top notch through and through, best florist in Seattle hands down.“
“I will give them 5 stars they did a good job. The only thing is I was in a hurry that day and I just wanted to order flowers. They lady on the phone said I had to hang up and fill out all of the online information and flower choices first. Then I had to call her back because I couldn’t figure out where to put in my flower choice. She had a little trouble there for a while as well. Just too much back-and-forth calling just to fill out online information. I would’ve appreciate it better if I could’ve made a one and done phone call to order.“

“Best place and customer service ever. A delivery mess up at no fault of the florist after some checking, so I was and am STILL convinced its a wash and not worthy of a refund. The owner answered the phone personally and despite me taking the blame and saying no problem he wouldn't stop insisting on sending more flowers. Im gonna rate him 5 stars on flowers never seen and that never arrived at their party (stolen no doubt from concierge desk) based on the overwhelming customer service and attention to detail. Businesses like this are rare these days.“
