Afterwards, i asked him if he could replace these old shutoff valves under the sink. He said sure. Ive got some on my truck. Replaced the 3 valves. Just like last time. Gave me the updated cost before doing job. Very PLEASED!! PROFESSIONAL, UNDERSTANDING ALL MY CONCERNS. Im very comfortable working with him, knowing i will never be taken advantage of and his prices are very competitive and not over priced. Well done once again Miles. “Kirtan and Jerry come to do air duct cleaning, furnace maintenance and dryer duct cleaning. They did the work thoroughly, carefully, vacuumed at each vent, removed lot of dust and construction debris, and cleaned up after the work. Also for the dryer duct, they didn’t simply put the vacuum head into the outlet. Kirtan removed the cover and flappers, vacuumed thoroughly, then put all things back. Not like some companies who may use the easiest way, shortest time to “finish” the job.
