The installers Branden and Brian came out on a Wednesday and did two rooms, Thursday did three rooms and the hallway. Friday finished up with three rooms and the stairs. AND they moved everything out of the rooms. Due to my bad back, I wasn't able to help move furniture or the boxes. This kind of flexible schedule allowed us the ability to not have to move everything out of our home to get new carpet. Branden and Brian were prompt at 8am each morning. “I had them install new carpet on the top floor of my house and had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to recommend. Letty was very responsive over email and was able to come quickly to provide an estimate. Their pricing was also competitive (they did suggest a different carpet brand than all the other estimates but I am very happy with this carpet). The install was top notch. I was really impressed with the care that they took not to damage anything in the house as they removed the old carpet and installed new carpet. They didn't scuff any walls, baseboard or railings. (I've never seen such a good job before!) Letty did mention that I chose a soft back carpet and that makes a big difference in reducing any damage. The quality of the install was also great. All of the seams are well blended and don't show. There aren't any defects and it looks great! I ended up going with a plush carpet and 10lb underlay and it was such an upgrade over the carpet that was in the house. (And the previous owner claimed they went with a mid-level carpet.)“
