Russ worked tirelessly with my insurance company, fighting to get me the best deal possible and standing firm regarding their constant denials. Because of that I was able to get exactly what I needed and insurance did cover the costs. Vlad was a true professional and was in constant communication with me regarding the options available when he was doing the repairs. He was also very considerate of my cats and always told me when they would arrive in the morning and when they were done for the day so I could let my cats out of jail. And then there was Peter the painter who went above and beyond when doing the finishing touches. It looked amazing when everything was done.
The entire team was so awesome I was also able to have them do a couple side projects while they were available. I would heartily recommend them for any remodeling project and will certainly be contacting them with future projects.“

Heather Reese came out and measured our home, talked about the style we chose and within a couple of weeks (during uncertain times for deliveries) we had beautiful new carpet installed throughout our home. The installers Branden and Brian came out on a Wednesday and did two rooms, Thursday did three rooms and the hallway. Friday finished up with three rooms and the stairs. AND they moved everything out of the rooms. Due to my bad back, I wasn't able to help move furniture or the boxes. This kind of flexible schedule allowed us the ability to not have to move everything out of our home to get new carpet. Branden and Brian were prompt at 8am each morning. I've never seen this large of a home project, go so smooth and quick. The quality of the install, and the carpet speaks for themselves. “Bradey and his crew did a fantastic job with my remodel project. They converted an old tub into a beautiful tiled step-in shower and installed LVP throughout the whole downstairs. “I wanted to take out my carpet in the bedrooms and add the matching flooring. My house was built in 2018 and no one Carry flooring anymore. When I called the builders they told me they went through Elite Flooring. When I called Elite Flooring I spoke to Debbie Moon. They did not carry my flooring anymore but Debbie went beyond and called the manufactures and she found me my flooring. She called me to update me when it will be delivered she even found out if my truck could carry all the boxes. “Jose and his son Bryan did an excellent job of replacing all the flooring in the home we purchased. We were moving from Texas so all the correspondence was by text. They were responsive to all my questions and sent pictures of the progress. The price was fair and they went out of their way to get the project completed in a timely manner. “In 2022 we hired Runland painting to repaint the interior of our home including the removal of the popcorn ceilings. They did an excellent job and completed the project in an expeditious manner. So, in 2024, when we decided to upgrade some parts of our home including a total redo of a bathroom, laundry room and new entry way door we selected John and his crew to complete the project. “I had them install new carpet on the top floor of my house and had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to recommend. Letty was very responsive over email and was able to come quickly to provide an estimate. Their pricing was also competitive (they did suggest a different carpet brand than all the other estimates but I am very happy with this carpet). The install was top notch. I was really impressed with the care that they took not to damage anything in the house as they removed the old carpet and installed new carpet. They didn't scuff any walls, baseboard or railings. (I've never seen such a good job before!) Letty did mention that I chose a soft back carpet and that makes a big difference in reducing any damage. The quality of the install was also great. All of the seams are well blended and don't show. There aren't any defects and it looks great! I ended up going with a plush carpet and 10lb underlay and it was such an upgrade over the carpet that was in the house. (And the previous owner claimed they went with a mid-level carpet.)“
