“I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and I am very picky.Due to a water leak, we needed new wood woven into older oak flooring, one room completely refinished and color matched to the rest of the wood flooring which was buffed and recoated.The color matching was perfect. Problems with our old finish were quickly resolved. Trevor was very communicative throughout, he explained the whole process very thoroughly in advance. He and his workers were unfailingly polite, timely, and respectful. Their work was meticulous - they even came back to touch up areas that I thought needed additional attention without complaint.Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this company. “From start to finish a good experience. This is a sleeper business. When we walked through the strip mall front door we were met with a well lighted and well stocked display of flooring and tile options. Carmel was informative and not pushy. They were liberal with samples to allow us to make a decision that fits our style. Once we gave a go decision the carpet was ordered and installed in less than 2 weeks. Install went well and the installers answered all questions and assisted in helping us set up the house again. I’m not sure how competitive pricing is but I know service and this was great service.“

“We went to Emerald Installation for new carpet and laminate flooring based on their 5 star reviews and boy those reviews were right. They are fantastic!! We shopped around and were under whelmed by other places. A competitor's estimate stated that carpet seams will show! Natasha assured us that the would not happen with Emerald and she was right. Everyone there was kind and patient with us as we took awhile to figure out what we wanted. They went to extreme lengths to make sure we were happy. If you want excellent service with a excellent result, Emerald Installation is the place to go. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would!!!“
