I am very pleased with the professionalism and service that I received at Abbey carpet. The salesman,JayJay was very knowledgeable and straightforward. The carpet installer’s were very polite and efficient. I would gladly go back to Abbey carpet.

My experience started when I saw a great deal at Costco for flooring. I went home to do some studying and found that wasn’t what I wanted in my house for the next 20-30 years. After long research I found a few brands that I wanted to look into but Lowes and Home Depot doesn’t carry them. Only floor specialty stores sell it. Abby was closest to me so I headed over there and I’m glad I did! I met Jay Jay who was a cool laid back kid who really knew his stuff. He was able to go through the main differences between brands and let me bring home a couple samples to see it in the room and how it matched up with paint, trim, and furniture. Abbey Carpet and Floor removed carpet and installed laminate in 5 rooms in our new home. They did an excellent job, and were incredibly accommodating of our family's needs. We love our new floors, and appreciate the great customer service we received.
