“I have a freestanding gas fireplace whose manual igniter had stopped working. Otherwise it works fine, but parts may be difficult to get and expensive. I called a popular fireplace vendor in Marysville, they could not send someone out until October 30th! I called Lifetime Heating, they were able to schedule someone to come out in a day or two. Andrew arrived on time, after calling 30 minutes prior. He quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue and, for a reasonable cost installed a remote control as well, all in under an hour. So very pleased in a better than expected outcome!“
