“The long and short review. Short: YES! I would very much recommend these folks. Very straightforward, fast, competitive and super professional. They are very customer service and satisfaction oriented. And no, I’m not being paid for the review. The longer one: Our 11 year old furnace stopped working suddenly and a family friend very enthusiastically recommended we call Kings. The furnace is one of the few things in the house I can’t/don’t work on and rely on the advice of professionals exclusively. We had one of their technicians come out (showed up right on time with text message reminders) and I was impressed with his knowledge and how he took the time to explain in layman’s terms what happened to our existing furnace as well as the health and setup of our existing systems. Unfortunately, replacement made more sense than repair, so one of their advisors went over the whole house, and addressed/gave several options on everything from simple replacement to whole house A/C. No sales pitch, just laid it out. The guys who did the installation were solid. They showed up right on time, were good guys, worked with efficiency and attention to detail. When they were done, they really took the time to explain all their work and everything we should know. All new exhaust ductwork to replace the junk that was in there before. Replacing a furnace unexpectedly really sucks. However I would not hesitate to call Kings or recommend them to anyone who needs help. Nice folks.“
“I was referred to Jay by a good family friend. I asked my friend was this person someone who is trustworthy and honest.I called Jay on. Sunday morning and to my pleasant surprise he answered the phone.He was awesome on the phone and he worked with schedule and was able to come over to my home the next day.His work is honest and he was amazing to speak with and just all around nice person.I have already referred his company to a couple of my coworkers.Thanks againSylvia“

“Outstanding customer service starting with the detailed proposals for either a high efficiency furnace or furnace heat pump option. Details included all pricing and rebates/discounts making for an easy decision. I chose the furnace/heat pump option. From proposal to installation was 3 working days. The installation team was courteous and respectful of our property, gave me detailed information on the installation program and process throughout the day. They configured the furnace filter housing per my request to make the filter replacement easier. They worked until after 6pm to ensure the installation was completed in one day as we were expecting cold temperatures the next few days. When they left there was zero debris left behind. One more comment. The Honeywell Smart Thermostat came without the required wifi router. The salesman Jevon was quick to resolve the issue for me.“
