Tim and his assistant were GREAT and so professional. This is our second Split-Type Air Conditioner we have purchased from Complete Mech. and Tim installed the first unit about 6 years ago in the family room. This time his assistant installed a smaller unit in our master bedroom then Tim finished up with the electrical part. We couldn't be happier. Scott and Leilani Montagne, Seattle

Had complete mechanical install my furnace few years back. Install went great worked well for a few years and ran into some minor issues not related to the install. Everytime I call them they are fast with responses and came out the same day to fix the issues which were in the winter months when I really needed the heat. All issues where taken care of and my furnace is working great. Tim and tanner have been the main people I have dealt with and are very knowledgeable and personable. Definitely reccomend them for installs and servicing.

Tim was able to arrange for a visit over the weekend on a cold day for complete resolution of a serious issue with our furnace (because of another company's faulty installation and failure to respond to warranty requests). Honest assessment, great advice, and courteous service. Highly recommended.
