I recently had CM Heating out for outdoor electrical services. It was a great, easy process from start to finish. Thomas came out and walked me through what was required to do the project and sent me an estimate after that visit. Their office pulled the permit for me and the same technician came out and did the work. I am more than pleased with the results!

I've not used this service, but instead witnessed some truly reckless driving today in Bellevue by a vehicle with this company's logo.Edited to five stars (from 1 star) because the owner responded with empathy and committed to looking into the vehicle. Top notch, thank you.

Prices were quite fair for the installation (after a bit of negotiating), and the system installation was very professional. However what impressed me even more was the follow-up customer service. The unit I got had some operational issues (problems with DAIKIN, not the installation itself) and the cooling was somewhat unreliable. Despite my complains being relatively minor, they sent out repair people three times and replaced parts until it was working flawlessly. All at no charge! I was very impressed with the service and warranty and will definitely use CM heating for future work!
