“I've used Parker Bros to replace a gas furnace and AC unit at my rental house in Jan 2023. It was running well until the renters used the AC in May 2023 during the heat wave which made the unit shut off. I contacted Gary, the owner immediately and he sent a service guy out the next day. It worked temporarily but shut down again on a Sunday, Mother's Day when the weather was hot. He sent the tech guy out again that same day. I was so impressed by his responsiveness and willingness to come out even on Mother's Day to make sure my renter's didn't suffer. He really stands by his work and it shows. Since then, I've used him for electrical work and installing mini splits at my daughter's house. I would keep using Parker Bros and would recommend Gary and his team to others.Services: Heating system installation“

“Oh my goodness I can't say enough great things about James and Balance Point. Absolutely amazing service! James came out and fixed our Navien Tankless HW heater. If you know Navien products it's hard to find someone who really knows the product. Others will pretend and charge you the service call and leave you in the dust. James went above and beyond. We are so happy and so grateful to have been referred to him!“

“Eli came out and gave a good, fair quote. Rob and Vlad did a wonderful job when installing. Everything was done exceptionally well installing the furnace and adding a ground wire so I can install a Nest thermostat when it arrives. They kept me informed and left everything neat and tidy. Highly recommend them!“
