“TLDR- Josh did a unbelievable job getting rid of my rat problem, even when other exterminators said it wasn't possible.

I have only the best things to say about Josh. I was totally blown away by his methods and professionalism. It has been so hard to get reliable and trustworthy services these days, and I am unbelievably grateful to Josh for solving my problem.

I had two big name exterminators come out and give me a bid. They both said because of the age of my house and the old holey mortar and brickwork, that it wouldn't be possible to keep rats out of the attic until I had all of the masonry redone.

Josh came out and spent a much longer time inspecting all of the critter entrances and then drew up a plan. He admitted the masonry would be a challenge but nothing he couldn't get handled. He patiently spent time on my house and got everything sealed and even worked with my roofing guy to get some tiles removed so he could seal up a hole under the roof tiles. This guy is the real deal, and I am sad that his level of service and expertise is an endangered species.

It's been over a year since Josh has sealed up my attic and crawlspaces, and I haven't had one instance or evidence of a return the entire time.

Not only did she do a wonderful job, but she was so great with answering all my questions, and talked me thru any reservations I was having, and kept in contact for any followup questions I had ..
