She is very knowledgeable and professional, but also a kind, warm person. This was just a really nice place to go for not nice reasons that got better. Highly recommend!“

I followed physical therapist Suzanne Soine from another location to Stride Physio and learned what a difference a small, locally-owned PT shop can make. Owner Susanne Michaud is incredibly accomplished and committed to the profession. It shows!“

4755 Fauntleroy Wy SW #120, Seattle“For some time now, I've meaning to review of Dr. Mike Smith and his staff at Tangelo West Seattle. Without boring you with too many details, I had increasingly debilitating ankle pain from a serious injury 10 years ago and was probably looking at surgery to remove bone spurs. Fortunately, I walked into Tangelo on a whim and Dr. Smith was such a tremendous listener, he was able to develop an extremely effective program of hands on manipulation of my ankle, followed by physical therapy exercises with the very awesome Von to strengthen the stabilizing muscles and improve my balance. The results speak for themselves: before Tangelo I couldn't walk more the 6,000 steps per day before the pain started in earnest. Within weeks of treatment, I was easily averaging+ 10,000 steps per day, enabling me to lose weight and gain back my overall health. I highly HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mike Smith, Von, and the rest of his staff.“

4464 Fremont Ave N Suite 102, Seattle“They really know what they’re doing! I’ve had massage from Shawna, Iris and Kai, and they are all excellent. I’ve been suffering from should pain that had been keeping me awake at night, but the most recent massage from Kai helped tremendously. It seriously was the best massage ever! I didn’t get to fall asleep because of the active, therapeutic style of massage, but it relieved a lot of tension and muscle adhesions. AMAZING!“

I have an autoimmune condition that causes chronic pain, seeing Kate weekly has been one of the most significant therapies for me and much better than physical therapy, believe it or not! Plus, Kate's dog Lily is always sleeping under the table and she is also a healer . I'd give 10 stars if I could!“

Dr Toy at Physical Therapy Dynamix was absolutely amazing! The care and attention to detail provided was truly exceptional. If you're looking for a skilled and compassionate therapist, look no further as I highly recommend him!“

I’ve seen Jeremiah twice and he was great at understanding what I wanted done and continued to check in throughout the appointment to make sure I didn’t need less or more pressure.“

1126 34th Ave #212, Seattle“I don’t like massages, and I loved this place!
Stan explains everything as he’s doing it, is super thorough, and highly professional. His studio is clean, neat, and comfortable. He follows up the first session with a long, detailed email of instructions and encouragements, which was an awesome surprise to receive.
I consider this shiatsu experience life-changing, as it will change many of the life habits I had not previously even known.
Thank you Stan!“

2237 California Ave SW, Seattle“Krista is amazing at identifying muscles that need attention and using massage and stretching to address them. I had a major problem with my glutes (piriformis) which doctors and PT folks could not help. She did a masterful, high pressure massage and it corrected. She also is knowledgeable about exercises to keep them aligned and stretched. I highly recommend her for a regular deep tissue massage also-- I feel so relaxed after one of hers. MAK M.“

423 3rd Ave W, Seattle“The massage staff is incredible. I've seen all the therapists and have been a loyal client of Carlie's since before she had her own studio. If I hadn't moved across the water, I'd still be attending yoga classes there too. Each therapist has a unique style and specialty, so I can't recommend just one—you'll need to try each to find your favorite. Massage is part of my healthcare routine, and while I'd like to choose based on my needs, they often get booked. However, I always receive a fabulous massage regardless.“

I arrived weighed down by anxiety and numerous questions about my life, struggling to understand the source of my pain. Irene facilitated a safe and supportive space where I could confront and release this pain, guiding me towards clarity and a more positive direction in my life. The session was so impactful that I will return again. Irene’s breath-work guidance is truly life-changing.“

8750 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle“Working with Josh Parafina at GPT Greenwood Office has been a great experience for a myriad of issues I have experienced over the past 2 years. I started PT In Fall 2023 with following a fall that sprained my ankle (which had been sprained before a time or two) and impacted my knee. I worked through these issues, increasing my ankle and knee stability while improving balance through the exercise program. During that period, I also addressed a flare of lower back and hip pain which I have experienced on and off for many years and learned to manage through his recommended exercises. In Spring 2024, I developed long COVID, after my 3rd infection with COVID. My post-exertional fatigue (crashes) left me barely able to walk around the block after being moderately active for years (swimming 2x week and hour long walks on our neighborhood hill in Greenwood and hiking occasionally). My heart rate would soar to 120-140s just standing at the sink doing dishes for 10 minutes, when that usually was my heart rate after walking up our hill. My Primary Dr. referred me for PT to work on reconditioning and the clinic she offered was not covered under my insurance (Aetna), so I reached out to Josh Parafina again from GPT to see if they could help. He was honest about not having treated anyone with Long Covid symptoms before but shared how he would approach my recovery with a ground up program with very gradual steps up in reps and level of difficulty while checking in frequently on how I was doing energy level wise after doing the exercises and making sure I had moderations to fall back on and signs for when to take breaks. I saw improvement in my strength and stamina build back over the 4 months we worked together. I appreciated that he asked lots of questions about what I could and could not do at work and in my life and to target exercises to get me back to where I was and even improve beyond where I had been before long COVID. He was a great listener and was patient with me, showing me the difference between how I was doing an exercise and how he was doing it, showing which parts of my body were trying to work harder while others we dialing it in. As a person not imbued with body intelligence, it was really helpful for me to learn these really basic core, squat, lunging and lifting forms correctly which may have been glossed over in other exercise programs I have done. They do initial, interim, and final strength/mobility tests to show your progress along the way which is encouraging. I highly recommend getting into to GPT whether it is a new or reoccurring injury or issue, their staff try their best to get you in as soon as possible. A great resource that I will use again if and when something comes up again.“

1417 NW 54th St Suite 260, Seattle“Nancy was very kind and intuitive. This wasn't like the typical deep tissue massages I've had and enjoyed in the past but something totally different. But let me tell you, it worked just as well and she knows how the body works. I left feeling less stressed and more flexible in my neck and shoulders. I would hesitate to go back. The best art is she has plenty of last minute appointments.“

3250 Airport Way South Suite 649, Seattle“Is a gem of massage therapy in the Georgetown area?Rachel is a skilled massage therapist with ears of training focusing on therapeutic and postpartum. What's pardon recovery. She is one of the few licensed massage therapists who focus on lactation massages, which is hard to find in the area. Don't get the wrong idea , but the website is informative of their specialty. The practice space is small but very clean, new, and in a secure building. The building comes with free parking in their structure. The practice is also unique because there is a private infrared sauna that clients can use before the massage appointment. Service is kind, professional, and friendly. I would definitely return here again. The practice does not bill to insurance but can send extensive documentation for you to submit two medical insurance. A gem in seattle.“

720 Olive Wy Suite 900, Seattle“I went to an initial consult here and the scheduler Lydia and Wyatt the DPT were so professional and kind to me. Wyatt really listened to me and made a realistic plan for my post-op hip replacement journey. We even did some exercises which I could use at home to help.
I would love to go back for more sessions, but the sad thing is that being off of work and not getting a paycheck is what prevents me from getting more care. I simply cannot afford it now, which is sad because I so definitely need it.
I do highly recommend seeing Wyatt for his keen and kind therapy.
Patrick :-)“
“Chiro1st has my body feeling better than I can ever remember it feeling. Dr. Michael immediately pointed out a problem that no other chiropractor (half a dozen or so) has found and through chiropractic adjustments and targeted physical therapy, I finally have relief after over a decade of pain and discomfort! Thanks to PT with Clinton, I now have the knowledge and tools to continue improving my strength and mobility. Jay at the front desk is also amazing and scheduling/rescheduling is easy with text communication.“
