I came in after my back had gone out multiple times, making it difficult to move. Chiro 1st has been fantastic to help me get back in full form and maintain.Dr. Mike is a fantastic partner in self care, guiding me through the science as deep as I want to ask questions and understand.Clinton is a master of human capability and movement and how he manages to juggle so many customized simultaneous treatment plans across his patients is impressive.Jay and the front desk team are terrific and accomodating when real life gets in the way.Nothing but the best to say about my time with Chiro 1st. Chiro 1st has been the backbone in my healing process. I suffered from low back and wrist pain for years, and I can happily say that it has immensely subsided! I can finally do push up’s and yoga poses that I use to do with no pain in my wrist, and can stand for more than 2 hours without extreme pain in my low back. The physical therapy that is offered is a must for learning what to do to heal and strengthen the body. The things I’ve learned so far have been absolute gold for my active lifestyle and have even aided me immensely in reaching my fitness goals! Clint was very adaptable and helpful when it came to working with a bad back and a bad knee. Gave me workouts and exercises I could do in my own time at the gym and taught me proper techniques to protect my body. Highly recommend!
