“Teresa is truly a gifted practitioner! She was the birth and postpartum doula for both of my sons. She helped me to create a birth plan and supported me through the process of laboring at home. In the weeks following the birth of my first son, she helped me navigate postpartum challenges, breastfeeding and latch issues, and the development of good sleep habits. She was responsive, flexible, and most of all incredibly warm and caring. She provides a sense of calm that almost slows down the clock, allowing her clients to enjoy those early, sleep deprived and daunting newborn days. She has researched-based knowledge and years of practice as a family nurse practitioner and midwife that make you feel very taken care of. I would absolutely work again with her in the future!“
