Teresa is truly a gifted practitioner! She was the birth and postpartum doula for both of my sons. She helped me to create a birth plan and supported me through the process of laboring at home. In the weeks following the birth of my first son, she helped me navigate postpartum challenges, breastfeeding and latch issues, and the development of good sleep habits. She was responsive, flexible, and most of all incredibly warm and caring. Teresa Evans is amazing. I had both my daughters with Teresa by my side. She was my post partum doula and she created a safe, secure environment for me. She guided me with her thorough knowledge, patience, and compassion. Her knowledge as a lactation consultant was such a blessing, especially since I had mastitis. She was so thoughtful to make sure my needs as a new mom were met, including coordinatibg visitors , family and friends, making sure my domestic needs my baby and I were well cared for. I highly recommend her.
