We initially reached out to fix some rot around the basement door that had leaking problems, and Matt thoroughly inspected the issue and helped us solve the underlying moisture problems. He was more thorough and knowledgeable than other contractors we spoke to (my husband said "I wish we had found Matt sooner!"). While there were several issues that needed to be fixed (leaking door, bad drainage, improper flashing), Matt was super reasonable to work with at getting them fixed and advising us on best practices for what we could do ourselves.I appreciated that he took extra steps for safety and site clean up, given we had a toddler in the house. Overall, great level of expertise, well done work, and really reliable. Would definitely hire again.“

“Wheeler Painting and Restoration has completed two projects for us. The first project was to cut a trench drain in the garage to direct water away from a wall and to repair the water damage to the molding and drywall. The second project was to identify the source of moisture in a storage space, which required removing a deck, repairing the source of the leak, drywall and painting.Both projects were completed efficiently, had an extremely high quality of finished product (like new), and were completed at a very reasonable cost. Both projects were also fairly complex and the project management and troubleshooting was next-level. It felt like an episode of Holmes on Homes where they were able to quickly identify the original builder's mistakes and find creative solutions to fix the problem and make the damaged area look brand new. They are experts at what they do and will be our first call in the future if we need some work done on the house.“

“Caprina was great and knowledgeable. Very quick and efficient.We were disappointed to find out that our wood floors couldn't be cleaned because they had been waxed a few years ago. She called her manager and the manager quoted us $250hr (approx 4hrs) to strip the floors.Obviously we were not going to go that route, so we opted to only have our bathroom tiles cleaned ($47 job). We then find out that there is a $124 minimum cost.... she was very accommodating in cleaning our staircase to make up the difference in cost.Would have been 5 stars if we had known about the wood flooring in advance.“

I met with with a few companies but I was blown away by the responsiveness and level of customer service from Belfor Water restoration and particularly Jorge Pina. This was obviously a traumatic experience with my home essentially getting gutted, but Jorge knew exactly what was going to be needed and how to work with insurance to make sure I was made whole again.I wouldn't hesitate to use Belfor and particularly ask for Jorge. “I have had a dish washer leak which damaged the flooring, cabinets and exterior siding. I hired Venturi Restoration to fix this. Their rates were reasonable and worked diligently on the task. There were some delays due to the initial project manager quit the company and getting approvals from the Insurance provider. Once the new managers Brandyn and Zak took over things started progressing. They provided a good plan and executed on that plan. They were responsive to the questions on phone and over email. There was an issue with the flooring, and Brandyn quickly remedied it. With people like Brandyn and Zak I'd recommend Venturi for any restoration projects.Services: Flooring“

“Had a leaky roof was worried about costs. These guys came out and found expired sealant on a cable tie to my roof. Instead of just re-sealing they installed new sealant plus flashing around tie off to direct water away. It looks clean and professional. A few short hours and the leak is fixed, and at a far more affordable amount than I had feared. Great work.“
