I want to write because my daughter had told me wrong information about the emergency shut off valve, and it actually wasn't broken. Chris was gracious enough to let it go without any charge for his time or effort since he wasn't actually needed. I fully expected to pay for his trip charge even though all he did was open the hot water closet. I really feel I was treated more than fairly andand that just doesn't happen very much anymore. “Our experience with AAA Septic; We were doing a load of wash inside our house around 5 PM. While in the garage we observed our utility sink was filling up with water. Used a plunger with no effect. Checked toilets which did not flush properly. I checked the three tank septic and observed all three tanks with abnormally high. My neighbor had used AAA before and on his recommendation I called. The owner offered to come out that night but as it was now late and they would be working in the dark I put it off to the following morning. I was given a time of arrival at 1100 and that is when they arrived. They cleaned the lines and we check the drainage; it worked perfectly.AAA septic has my business and I have already recommended them to others. They are prompt, professionally and reasonably priced. 5 stars!“

“We had a plumbing blockage situation at the house we are renting and our landlord asked us to handle it ourselves. So, out of 14 plumbers I called on one day, just two called me back. One called back to say they don't do blockages (they specialize is something else). The only one to kindly and promptly get back to me was Simply Plumbing. Wonderfully, they let me know they also specialize. In Seattle only. Since we are on the Eastside, we could not be their customers. Very nice to know this up front. We ended up taking care of the problem ourselves through access to an under house cleanout pipe, but like I said, at least we didn't need to wonder if these folks would contact us back. They did, and with courtesy. Can't say anything about their work, but at least they care enough not to waste your time or theirs.“
