“Found a very large puddle around my water main, I couldn’t see the meter to see if it was spinning or find the shut off. Called Rain City Plumbing and Derek came out within 30 minutes. Tested a few things and talked it out and didn’t think there was a leak. He was really nice guy and didn’t make feel silly for calling them out! (Had the city come out later and they didn’t think it was a leak either, probably just a lot of ground water). Anyways, once I’m ready to do a couple plumbing projects in a few months, they will be my first call!“

“We had a plumbing blockage situation at the house we are renting and our landlord asked us to handle it ourselves. So, out of 14 plumbers I called on one day, just two called me back. One called back to say they don't do blockages (they specialize is something else). The only one to kindly and promptly get back to me was Simply Plumbing. Wonderfully, they let me know they also specialize. In Seattle only. Since we are on the Eastside, we could not be their customers. Very nice to know this up front. We ended up taking care of the problem ourselves through access to an under house cleanout pipe, but like I said, at least we didn't need to wonder if these folks would contact us back. They did, and with courtesy. Can't say anything about their work, but at least they care enough not to waste your time or theirs.“
