“Tamara really knows her curly hair. I have fine, wavy/curly hair, and most stylists that say they know how to cut curly hair only know how to do thick, coily hair or do beach waves with a hot tool. You know you're in for a bad ride when the stylist who says they know curly hair takes you straight to the wash station before they cut - Tamara started with a dry cut so she could see what my hair does, then washed, styled, and finished the cut.

Tamara understands multiple textures, she understands different wave patterns, and she really excels at listening. I am trying to grow out an asymmetrical pixie cut, and she helped me get better symmetry, was able to style my hair without a ton of fuss, just simple products and techniques, and gave me a couple new tricks for getting more volume. I absolutely recommend her.“

She's personable and very considerate, (she swept the hair from the floor before having me leave the chair so I wouldn't slip. She shampooed my hair after the cut to make sure I wouldn't have any little hairs falling on my clothes and car. She securely wrapped my wet hair in a towel to keep my shirt dry).
