I have always wanted to get a tattoo, but never did until now. I just never thought it would be one on my face! I finally decided, at 66 years old, that I needed to do something about my transparent blonde eyebrows besides drawing them on. After doing much research on the procedure and local artists, I settled on Lillia. And I could not be happier! She was professional, thorough, and most importantly, a perfectionist!
