“Wheeler Painting and Restoration has completed two projects for us. The first project was to cut a trench drain in the garage to direct water away from a wall and to repair the water damage to the molding and drywall. The second project was to identify the source of moisture in a storage space, which required removing a deck, repairing the source of the leak, drywall and painting.Both projects were completed efficiently, had an extremely high quality of finished product (like new), and were completed at a very reasonable cost. Both projects were also fairly complex and the project management and troubleshooting was next-level. It felt like an episode of Holmes on Homes where they were able to quickly identify the original builder's mistakes and find creative solutions to fix the problem and make the damaged area look brand new. They are experts at what they do and will be our first call in the future if we need some work done on the house.“

“In May of 2024 we had a small and relatively confined housefire in our family home. Though I am grateful it wasn’t worse, there was smoke damage and repairs were necessary as a result. “I personally had a great experience with 24ResTech. Pipes busted, resulting in about 18 units in our condo community being completely ruined within 30 minutes. Completely displacing families due to the extent of the damage. I dont know how many of the other units that this company worked on however they serviced mine. They came out quickly, spent days drying out the water, moving appliances out and packing up my belongings. The packers did an amazing job making sure that my items were packed neatly, my christmas tree wrapped and stored in the christmas tree bag, my clothes in wardrobe boxes, the mattresses covered and protected. Within a matter of minutes I was homeless and stressed none the less. 24Restech made the process easier and provided relief by storing the contents of my condo in their storage facility. I was provided with an inventory list of my items that included photos. Once I was secured in a new place I coordinated with the office Manager Cynthia to retrieve my belongings. She was kind, professional and patient. My items were delivered to me the day after my request. Everything was in tact. The techs that made the delivery were efficient, fast and professional. “The only people I let clean my carpets! I seriously don't know why they would have poor reviews. I have 2 dogs & a toddler. They get out puke, pee, juice & paint stains. What's more is that I have never had a rep come to my house who I was uncomfortable with while alone with my child. Very thorough. Flexible with what you want cleaned and what kind of cleaning you want. All good!“
