The girl who helped me made sure I felt comfortable with the length of my haircut, she constantly asked me if it was the length I wanted and that made me feel super comfortable.
They were super patient, tolerant and understanding of my way of communicating, since English is my second language.
The establishment is clean and welcoming.

“I've always been very happy with hair cuts at this location, but the stakes have been low: a little trim, freshening up the layers, etc.
When I finally decided to cut my long hair short for the first time ever, I was fairly nervous. Hairdresser Charlene is a consummate professional. She took one look at the photo I brought with me and said: "We can do that!" She asked questions to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking for, and included me in the process every step of the way. She knows just the right amount of chit-chat to put one at ease, but she also educated me about my hair as she worked.
