“We had a move-out and move-in cleaning done at two houses. The scheduling, booking and customer service was some of the best that I've seen from contractors so kudos to Oleg for being awesome to work with. I did find that a few obvious spots were missed during both cleanings (B+ grade cleaning), but they made it right with a partial refund/credit for one house and had their supervisor come out to do the fix work the next day on the other house. The bathrooms and kitchens look stellar, it's the small stuff like baseboards, spots on walls, vent registers, light switch covers, and cobwebs that were overlooked in some spots. I would grade the customer service as 5 star, cleaning as 3 star, and a balance of a 4 star for making it right.“

“Living in a large, 2 story condo, we were debating moving, but decided to see if getting the unit cleaned by pros would enable us to remain here. Adrianne's Housekeeping has made all the difference! 3 women, always thorough and cheerful, arrive within a 2-hr window and clean for an hour. I still do a few tasks, but leave the "hard stuff" to them, especially vacuuming, mopping and 3 bathrooms. We are very happy with the service, especially my favorite crew, the most familiar with my needs. The only issue I can dig up as that it isn't always the same crew that arrives--still a cheerful and thorough crew, however--though my faves have recently become more regular. My highest recommendation!“

“We wanted to schedule a general yearly carpet cleaning and, since we have pets, decided to use SaniClean. Our request for a quote was quickly answered, and the original estimate ended up being very close to the final total, which was great. There's a small chemical smell, but not too bad, so I think it is fine for my small pets who have sensitive respiratory systems.The work was completed quickly and easily, and we appreciate that the easier to move furniture was adjusted to be able to clean under it. We appreciated the technician going over various things he noticed on the carpet (bleached spots from the previous owner's attempts at spot cleaning) and gave us advice on how to avoid that in the future.We're hoping that this will remove some old carpet stains that were left by the previous owners, but we don't expect a miracle :) I'll update if the miracle happens!There will be a fair amount of powder we'll need to vacuum up afterwards (some is left along the edges of the carpet/against the wall), but that's not a big deal.Thank you for cleaning our carpets!“
