Super friendly, from quote to actual service. Fast yet thorough, and so easy to work with. Used them for carpet clean for years and now for vent cleaning too. Very happy with their service.

Can't recommend Fuzzy Wuzzy Rug Cleaning Company enough! Their technician came to the door to pick up the rugs last Friday, he had a few questions about the rugs, then asked if I wanted enzyme deodorizer and for them to be re-scotch guarded which I didn't know was an option so I am glad he brought it up! Having two small dogs that go outside and walk on them both meant both options were a good choice for me in addition to the cleaning. This Friday the technician brought them back for delivery and they are like brand new again! I'm very happy with the service provided and will be using their service again in the future.
