Keith, who is the principal is a lovely human and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, as is Cynthia. The office manager, Latanya, though, is freakin' amazing - so organized and probably holds the whole thing together. They are great if you don't get into very complex corporate structures or obscure tax laws (such as QSBS rollovers), but once things get complicated, you should move to a bigger firm. My assigned accountant was Mark, and he isn't as organized as the others, but he has since left, and the company has merged with a company in the midwest. It was well timed because my companies have gotten more complicated, and I was ready to move to a bigger firm. Still recommend them for small businesses.“
