I had been a client of Hagen Firm for 10 years. I was quite surprised to receive a letter in the mail stating that they want to provide "awesome & fun service" which means they are decreasing the number of clients. End of letter...find a new firm. Overall, the communication was disappointing and alluded that they want to keep "fun" clients which as a letter recipient leaves me thinking "well, I'm not fun according to my tax firm?". It is not how I would recommend a company choose to end a relationship with a longstanding client.

Hagen was recommended to me by my financial adviser. I used them for one year. They were very overpriced and they prefer to use complicated software to manage your returns. I found that the systems were set up more for their benefit than the client's. Overall, very bad experience. Won't use them again.
