I when I was a younger person, first job kinda thing... I used to go to H&R block once a year to get help filing my 1040EZ. By 2010 I felt like H&R block employees had just become an Amazon Audible version of TurboTax, so I cut out the middle-person and became a TurboTax subscriber. After buying my first house, and investing in two local businesses, as well as running a side business of my own, TurboTax (and tax season, frankly) quickly became TurboAnxiety, or TurboWonder (wondering if I had done it right), and the one time I used TurboTax's 'speak to a tax professional live' feature, I felt as though I was right back in the H&R block office again. I do not have the proper vocabulary to express my gratitude for Jesica and her team. She took care of our federal taxes for years. She was always just an email away answering questions until it finally got through my thick skull and I understood!! She has the highest degree of patience.We have since moved to Tennessee and I will admit to everyone that doing taxes here without Jesica and her team is hard, so very hard. I wish I could clone them!If you are looking for someone who knows the field and is willing to help you and your business, there is no need to keep looking. I have been working with Jesica and her term since 2015; She is very professional and friendly. I moved my account from an accounting firm due to his poor service and slow customer service.
