She added exercises along the way that I could do on my own time. You can access the exercises online, which was convenient. Highly recommend! All staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Convenient location with parking underground. They offer evening appointments as well!“

My back would be incredibly sore sitting or making quick movements, my knees made stairs difficult, and I had burning sensations in both of my feet. I tried lots of different treatments including acupuncture, chiropractic, supplements, and gabapentin. After two treatments at Olympic, I noticed improvement. Now, I’m living with far less pain in my back, knees, and feet! I can sit and bend without giving it a second thought, I can run up and downstairs, and move much more freely playing sports. I’m moving so much better on the basketball court that I must rethink how I play. I can do moves now that I used to do but had to give up. It’s fun to see my progress. I could not ask for a better staff! Everybody was very helpful and accommodating, I was always greeted with a smile and hello, and they remembered my name. Dr. Shelley is very knowledgeable, and he dove right into a plan of action. I didn’t feel as though I was getting the runaround, like I have at other offices. The treatment at Olympic is unique in that they were able to treat several issues all at the same time.“

“Highly recommend Josh and the team at GPT. My shoulder had been bothering me for 6 months with limited mobility and pain before I went to GPT. After the first session, they gave me some new exercises and I was much better after just the first week. “I’m so glad I found Carri!!! I was in a lot of pain for weeks, unable to sleep for more than 3 hours at a time, I went to multiple doctors, urgent care twice, and nobody could give me any relief, let alone even tell me what the issue was.
