Lilly Physical Therapy has exceeded my expectations for care and well-being. Their encouraging and professional staff have been with me on my journey to a newer, pain-free and more mobile life.At age 69, I wasn’t sure that was possible due to bad habits and a sedentary lifestyle, but their continued support and caring motivation to keep me moving has brought a new joy to my life.Do yourself a favor and check them out!

Really struggling physically after birth of my second baby. I felt listened too and seen from a whole person perspective not just a singular issue. A plan was created and the team took care of me and made sure to adjust treatment as needed. Holistic care with a passion for what they do. Would recommend to anyone looking to start healing and finally living a pain free life especially women postpartum. I also, really appreciated the multiple modalities they offer.

I went to see dr Lilly for lower back pain and diastasis recti. I have gotten stronger, learned a lot and although I haven't completely eliminated my back pain, I did make significant progress. Happy to report, my diastasis is back to normal.Dr Lilly is a straightforward, passionate lady. You are expected to communicate clearly, and state your concerns/worries, as that is the only way to make actual progress.Although Lilly isn't a functional medicine doctor, she does her best to bring a holistic approach into her practice.
