Veronika quickly and accurately assessed my acute lower back pain issue. I went from shooting pain on a daily basis to being discharged pain free within a month! She was great at explaining to me what the issues were in layperson terms, the value of the various exercises and taught me how to move my body from sitting to standing pain free. She also appreciated my nervousness and guided me on how to relax and gain confidence in my movements. I would highly recommend her and gladly work with her again. She’s clearly very knowledgeable and cares about her patients.

I recently concluded physical therapy with Justin. He is incredibly detail oriented in how exercises should be done, how each part of the body is supposed to move and be positioned, and in explaining how each exercise should feel. I am sure he has a complex understanding of how the body mechanics work, yet he is able to explain things in a clear and simple way that I can easily understand and remember in the days after each session. He frequently asked how I was feeling with each of the issues I had previously reported, and effectively adjusted the focus of each session based on what I explained about how I was doing for each issue.
