7345 35th Ave NE, Seattle“I love the instructors! They are welcoming, experienced and able to help folks adjust for different abilities. It feels like a welcoming community space. In particular, Tracy and MJ are two of my favorite instructors in the city. I always leave their classes feeling centered and fulfilled. Ive followed them from other sites of practice and would recommend their classes to anyone regardless of ability.“

1910 132nd Ave NE Ste 8, Bellevue“Great studio with lots of space. Knowledgeable teachers that help you out if need it. I’ve made great friends and it’s a fun community. Easy parking and great variety of classes.“
6AM - 12:30PM
7425 166th Ave NE c245, Redmond“The classes are great but I do agree with other reviews that the contact from the company is aggressive. I love yoga for the calm and peace it brings and the classes have done just that. The constant follow ups in person and via technology can be a bit much and off putting to the program. Hoping the feedback gets heard and listened to.“
7AM - 8PM
6801 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle“Douglas Ridings is a fantastic instructor who has an unmatched skill making yoga inclusive for any and all who come.“
7:15AM - 6PM
17833 1st Ave S a, Normandy Park“Was referred here from my doctor's office and they have been amazing! Came in with frozen shoulder and they worked with me, and incorporating equipment I already owned, into my treatment plan. Over the past six months I have gone from not being able to lift my arm to lifting weights. I could not be more grateful.“
11AM - 9PM
8115 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle“I had been looking for a new massage therapist and Scott is it. He was very knowledgeable and his Thai technique is just amazing. He was able to exert the right amount of pressure where it was needed. He stretched me out and it was very therapeutic. In addition, he is very nice to chat with. I highly highly recommend Scott as a massage therapist.“

“Mid 40's and more fit than I've been in my life -- strength, body tone, and flexibility -- thanks to Knotty Yoga. I have great results attending only 2 or 3 hour-long classes each week, and have gained new physical skills that I never thought I could, e.g. rope climbing, acro, stretching, fabric, etc. Mason's a great instructor, thoroughly trained in fitness and massage, adapts classes and guidance to everyone's individual capabilities, and makes them fun and social. Classes are fast paced, varied, and strenuous, but not intensely tough or competitive. You'll get to know other regular attendees (aged 20s thru 50s), and have fun encouraging each other as you swiftly improve.“
“Really talented instructor with great knowledge and teaching skills. Unique ability to listen to areas of concern and adapt poses and movements to address. Anne's very positive attitude and approach makes her a pleasure to work with.“
6AM - 5:30PM
3516 Fremont Pl N suite d, Seattle“Maven is the best. I attended this studio for 2 years until I had to move and absolutely loved the challenge and peace it brought me multiple times a week. Kai is an incredible teacher who has a unique touch to his classes, he’s a great yoga instructor and his music sets the vibe every time. Each week, Kai had a new flow and always challenged certain poses and stretches. I also went to Carly’s classes and loved them as well, she is so peaceful and meditative. Will come back to this studio if I find myself in Seattle again. Love it so much and will miss it!“
8:30AM - 8:30PM
15744 Redmond Way, Redmond“I love this studio! I started here 15 years ago as a prenatal student and I've been here ever since. All the teachers are great and there are so many different options. And if you are looking for a teacher training program they have an amazing program too!“
9AM - 1PM
3850A Delridge Way SW, Seattle“I've had the privilege of knowing and working with Beth for years. To say she is a treasure to all who work with her is not an understatement. Her understanding of how the body works together has depth I cannot explain. If you're looking for a way to move your body so it feels better, to address both mobility and chronic issues and help you do the more of the things that help you enjoy life to the fullest, look no further. West Seattle is lucky to have Beth.“
6:30AM - 7:30PM
5220 12th Ave NE, Seattle“If you want a class that goes through the motions, this is not it. If you want a class where you actually learn about the poses and grow in your practice, this is it. Tara's classes are methodical and well choreographed, with each pose building upon the previous for deeper opening and growth. Tara's teaching style is straight forward--she demonstrates each pose step by step and explains in detail. She then watches us as we practice and repeat, assisting and recommending alternate poses as needed. I appreciate the slowness of her class as it gives me time to feel my body open and receive and to connect my mind to my body and breath.“
5:30AM - 6:30PM
215 N 36th St, Seattle“I love this place. Knowing which postures we'll be doing rather than relying on the personal whims of an instructor is fantastic. It helps me avoid injuring myself. The teachers here are very kind as are the patrons. Big thumbs up!“
“Phenomenal space, teachers, community, light, music and heat! This is a wonderful place to not only practice but to meet a lot of great people. I LOVE it here and feel lucky to have found it. It's a special studio with a unique vibe and energy. HIGHLY recommend!“
8AM - 6:30PM
1322 Lake Washington Blvd N Suite 3, Renton“The acupuncturist Dr. Rennison is a wonderful woman, kind, emphatic and a great listener. She does great work, from just 2 sessions the pain in my forearm is nearly gone. Also with a separate therapist, I did a cupping session a few months back that I was very satisfied with. Very happy overall with my experience in the studio. People at the front desk are warming and welcoming. Booking an appointment is very easy as well with transparency of how much each service costs up front. The studio also has art and jewelry from local artists that is beautifully hand made.“
8AM - 6PM
3417 Evanston Ave N #321, Seattle“I so appreciated Maya’s thorough assessment of my issue and her plan to help my body realign its pathways. She has a gentle touch and with small, focused pressure, she taught my body how to let go of old patterns and trust that it could make new ones. I highly recommend working with her.“
9AM - 8PM
1815 N 45th St #205, Seattle“Aditi has the best prenatal yoga classes I’ve taken. They are consistent, well informed, gentle and safe. You can tell that the women who take them are healthy and happy in their pregnancy. I recently learned that you don’t get that at some other established prenatal classes in the area. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone and everyone.“
12 - 6PM
4741 Rainier Ave S, Seattle“Hands down the best acupuncture experience I’ve ever had! I did 7 sessions focusing on releasing emotional blockages and felt significant shifts over the month!! I would even say life changing… Jenna is a great listener and knows exactly what to do (tapping, cupping, acupuncture, craniosacral) in the sessions based off the feelings or physical pain that surface & Kaia is also the best presence to have around ?“
8AM - 8PM
2712 Eastlake Ave E, Seattle“I have been going to Union Pilates for over 12 years. They have done such a great job helping me keep my chronic back problems under control. I have encouraged friends and family to start doing Pilates, and those who have, absolutely love it. I do too and would highly recommend Union Pilates to you. They are amazing.“
