“My partner has been going to GLAM since we moved to Seattle and I have nothing but great things to say about the half dozen or so times we've been there. Diana is his stylist and she is, in a word, excellent. His cuts have been absolute perfection because she's such a fantastic communicator.At my partner's last appointment, the owner (Andy) struck up a conversation with me as I was waiting. He kindly offered me a drink and asked if I had a salon. I'm recovering from significant hair loss and my pixie wasn't looking too hot -- I had a ton of curly, unruly new growth and some areas of remaining thinness. I asked if they happened to have a stylist who would be comfortable taking on the task. He said he knew the perfect stylist for the job and asked when I was available, then went to explain my situation to the stylist and see if he could work me in the day before a major holiday. My appointment was booked on the spot. Enter Eric.Well, I just had my appointment this morning and I am SO happy with my cut. I was expecting to be told I should buzz it, but Eric was able to keep a considerable amount of length and make my hair look absolutely adorable, which I feel was probably a challenge given the state of it. He was *meticulous*.Eric provided effortlessly entertaining conversation, so much so that I had NO idea I was in the chair for almost two hours -- it was clear he did not want me to leave without my cut looking immaculate, which says a lot about him. A huge thank you to Eric for the patience today, and to Andy for initiating the conversation with me and making me a client. I'm so grateful to have a stylist and a judgement-free salon to help my hair recover.“

I have some mobility issues and the stairs that lead to and from the salon can be tricky and she does not hesitate to give me a hand and make sure I’m safe. “I have trusted Lynda with my face care for the past year. I didn't know much of anything about what I could or should be doing, aside from cleanse, moisturize, and slather SPF on liberally. After reaching 40 and getting diagnosed with rosacea I finally decided to venture into the world of facial care with Lynda as my guide. Honestly I was a little bit skeptical, as I didn't know how to distinguish between legitimately helpful treatments, and woo stuff designed to separate me from my money. I trusted Lynda however, and let her recommend how to proceed.I had a series of three peels (lactic 24%/TCA 10%) and three micro channeling, and two spot treatments with pulse laser to address redness at La Belle Vie med spa. At home I use The Ordinary Retinoids at night. The results are obviously a result of everything, but the majority is due to Lynda. I'm very pleased and plan on continuing to address redness with the laser. I'm very glad I put myself in the capable hands of Lynda. Highly recommend.“

“I have tattooed my brows for years. I was referred to Cecelia to have her look at my brows. She drew on what she would do and suggested I get my brows get lasered to remove the old ink and uneven tattoos. So after her 30 min free consultation I set off to get my brows lasered. Ouch! And it took four appts one month apart to remove most of the old tattoo ink. Finally I was ready to see Cecelia. She drew my brows, showed me and micro bladed them, and it was perfection!!!! I told her my skin is oily and she suggested a dry heal. 7 days later my brows started to peel. I expected it because she handed me a brochure of what to expect. I went back for my second appt per her protocol three weeks after my first appt. She again numbed my brows and added more ink and continued to shape them. Two layers of ink, little pain, and it looks fabulous!!! I know I'll peel again and I'll need yearly touch ups, but she's amazing!!!!!“
