“My partner has been going to GLAM since we moved to Seattle and I have nothing but great things to say about the half dozen or so times we've been there. Diana is his stylist and she is, in a word, excellent. His cuts have been absolute perfection because she's such a fantastic communicator.At my partner's last appointment, the owner (Andy) struck up a conversation with me as I was waiting. He kindly offered me a drink and asked if I had a salon. I'm recovering from significant hair loss and my pixie wasn't looking too hot -- I had a ton of curly, unruly new growth and some areas of remaining thinness. I asked if they happened to have a stylist who would be comfortable taking on the task. He said he knew the perfect stylist for the job and asked when I was available, then went to explain my situation to the stylist and see if he could work me in the day before a major holiday. My appointment was booked on the spot. Enter Eric.Well, I just had my appointment this morning and I am SO happy with my cut. I was expecting to be told I should buzz it, but Eric was able to keep a considerable amount of length and make my hair look absolutely adorable, which I feel was probably a challenge given the state of it. He was *meticulous*.Eric provided effortlessly entertaining conversation, so much so that I had NO idea I was in the chair for almost two hours -- it was clear he did not want me to leave without my cut looking immaculate, which says a lot about him. A huge thank you to Eric for the patience today, and to Andy for initiating the conversation with me and making me a client. I'm so grateful to have a stylist and a judgement-free salon to help my hair recover.“

“I've been coming to Jayde for lash extensions over the past few years now and absolutely love my results every single time! Jayde is super sweet and awesome to chat with as I'm getting them done, she's also very mindful and understanding if I want to rest during my appointment.I've gone to a few other places before and could immediately tell she's a master of her craft by the techniques she uses, her eye for detail, and how I always feel super comfortable throughout the whole entire process. Because of all these things I've easily become a regular! Jayde also makes it really easy to change up my lash style. Generally I prefer subtle hybrid lashes, but for big events it's really easy to add more volume. Thinking about the process itself is nerve wracking as it is pretty much a scalpel to the face, but she made sure I’m comfortable and her confidence made me confident in her. I really appreciate her showing me as she opened a new razor for the session. Her customer service is exceptional and be prepared to spend a longer than usual time here as she really wants to nail the best look for you. We did the signature set today with some modification to length and curl on her recommendation. I was initially fearful but I loved the final outcome. In fact, I loved it so much I booked a full with her 4 weeks from now and I don't ever booked fills because I never found a set I like enough to keep. What's more, she has an amazing personality to boot! I am looking forward to recommending this gem to my friends. She will suggest ideas (when I ask, which I do now since I implicitly trust her) but is never pushy to push her ideas over mine. “Love Charlene!! I am new to Bellevue and was looking for a local place to pick up my Dermalogica supplies. I found Charlene and she has been SOO helpful! Very accommodating with my work schedule, gives me good skin care tips and suggests helpful products--and this is just from picking up product from her! I can only imagine how great she would be for a facial. Her spa is a little hard to find the first time; it's in a business park sort of set back from NE 20th street. “If you are looking into microblading around the Seattle area, Eva is THE person to go to. I had been wanting to get my brows done for the longest time, but had been scared away from doing it out of fear that they would look unnatural. I finally caved when I saw Eva's work online, and I came in a couple of months ago for my first appointment. Eva was incredibly sweet and kind, explaining the whole process to me (including the aftercare process). She was meticulous in creating the perfect brow shape for me based on what I wanted and my facial features. When I expressed that I wasn't in love with my brows halfway through the procedure, she stayed longer than the two hours I was scheduled for just so that she could make sure I was happy with the outcome. It's been one week since my touch up appointment and I am even more in love with my eyebrows than I was before. They look so natural and bring out my features like never before.
