I've now been to two appointments and the first one was just supposed to be eyebrow maintenance, and I left with a complimentary mini facial and a wealth of knowledge on how to better care for my sensitive skin. Soon after, I booked an appointment for a 2-hour customized facial and, once again, Sophia exceeded my expectations, went above and beyond during the appointment, and helped me set up a new routine to maintain healthier skin. As someone who never learned how to properly care for my skin, what ingredients are most beneficial for specific skin concerns, and where to find clean skincare that's not under-researched....I value the knowledge she shared so much. Now, I feel like I have a routine that I can maintain (and I understand how it works!), and I don't feel like I have to get a facial all the time to keep clear, vibrant skin! I've been using her product recommendations for a month and couldn't be happier with the progress so far.“
