“We bought a large 4,000+ sq ft house that needed a full remodel, mostly cosmetic, but still a huge job, new kitchen, four new bathrooms, new flooring throughout the house, new roof, some new electrical an a plumbing. Andrey was quick to respond and started our project early. They are all friendly and easy to work with and did an amazing job with the house, my only concern was that clean up was a little bit messy, there were stickers left on outside 2nd story windows so I had to go on the roof to pick those off, some paint scuffs here and there on the floor and drips of stuff on windows. However that wasn't a big deal we can clean that up, the pricing was very fair and the work looks great, and they kept the job rolling, even adding some stuff as we needed it for our home owners insurance. Highly recommend, would absolutely hire again.“

“Andy runs a very honest business and it gives you honest advice. We struggled to identify the source of water in our crawl space and Andy came to our house and helped us spot the most probable cause and worked to address it. We worked incrementally instead of jumping directly to unnecessary and expensive solutions. Finally, we agreed to build a gravity drain and I accepted Andy's initial quote. As Andy worked on the project we agreed on, he found a way to complete the work more efficiently and charged me half the original quote! The issue is fixed at a fraction of what I was ready to pay. I would highly recommend his services.“

“NW quality construction was hired to remodel the bathrooms(3) and build a fireplace. The bathrooms had to be stripped to studs, some partitions had to be removed to bring it to the layout we wanted. We agreed on a timeline, even though there were hiccups in the middle due to unforeseen personnel availability, additional people were brought in later to meet the timelines. Throughout the project we could see intent to do things right, the crew did a fantastic job even guests visited us recently were impressed with the work done. His team went above and beyond to fix some of the existing plumbing issues in the house. They were very reasonable in pricing. Overall very satisfied with the quality of work and the commitment, will hire again for future projects. Lastly, yes there were few minor issues during the project but Antony was willing to work through the differences and make us happy and help achieve our intended results.“

“I have had a dish washer leak which damaged the flooring, cabinets and exterior siding. I hired Venturi Restoration to fix this. Their rates were reasonable and worked diligently on the task. There were some delays due to the initial project manager quit the company and getting approvals from the Insurance provider. Once the new managers Brandyn and Zak took over things started progressing. They provided a good plan and executed on that plan. They were responsive to the questions on phone and over email. “I am super thankful for Matt's help. We initially reached out to fix some rot around the basement door that had leaking problems, and Matt thoroughly inspected the issue and helped us solve the underlying moisture problems. He was more thorough and knowledgeable than other contractors we spoke to (my husband said "I wish we had found Matt sooner!"). While there were several issues that needed to be fixed (leaking door, bad drainage, improper flashing), Matt was super reasonable to work with at getting them fixed and advising us on best practices for what we could do ourselves.I appreciated that he took extra steps for safety and site clean up, given we had a toddler in the house. Overall, great level of expertise, well done work, and really reliable. Would definitely hire again.“
