“In approximately 2014 or 2015, while working in a Bellevue, WA real estate office, I was tasked with finding a roofer for a high-end waterfront home with a flat roof. After extensive research, I relayed the information I found regarding Tekline, and the owner of the home elected to use Tekline to replace their roof.In 2016, I purchased a home of my own with a flat roof. Though the home was older, it initially appeared that the old roof still had some life left in it. However, I noticed a leak in an unobtrusive corner shortly after I closed on the house. Remembering the research I had previously done on Tekline, I hired Tekline to replace the roof that summer, and have been happy with the membrane roof since.Seven years later, in the summer of 2023, I had an extensive exterior renovation done on the house, including new windows and siding. The fascia for the roof had to be removed in order to install the new siding up behind it. When the fascia was removed, my contractor discovered that a portion of the edge of the roof had been installed incorrectly. We brought this to the attention of Tekline, and the company sent a representative out the next day. They agreed that the installation in that part of the roof edge was incorrect, and made arrangements to have the repair done at the earliest opportunity. I was so very impressed that Tekline hesitated not even a moment in honoring their warranty, and took rapid steps to correct the problem at no cost to me. At a time when so much in the world feels disposable, it was a distinct pleasure to find that I had chosen to work with a company that takes the long view. I could not be more impressed.“

“I was in need of an complete tear down of my old, cedar shake siding (and another layer underneath), the addition of insulation, re-siding with Hardie Board and a full paint job. In addition, I needed a new ceiling and floor installed on my covered back porch. This was a big job and while Revex didn't give me the cheapest bid, it was a fair one. Francisco was very responsive to all my texts and emails and Isidro was on site a lot and available to talk with me about my concerns. The guys who did the heavy lifting were great and cleaned everything up at the end of each day. And Jorge who did the painting was very meticulous. As they say, you get what you pay for and I got a beautiful new home. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. “This review is coming from someone who had a very difficult home remodel not too long ago. There was multitude of items that I felt my previous contractor could have done differently which could have prevented the situation from getting too stressful. So when we discovered dry rot in our carport during a walkthrough with another contractor for some touch up painting; I was having flashbacks. This job was unique in that it required both a roofer and a carpenter because it involved both types of structure. I had more than one contractor explain to me how to fix the problem but then promptly reject the job because they did not have a roofer on staff. Trying to coordinate two completely separate contractors is like trying to corral cats; you can't. One of the big advantages of going with Richard in our case was he had a roofer on staff. His outfit is sort of a one stop shop. Richard was very responsive in his communication and we replaced our deteriorating wood and updated our roof shortly thereafter to prevent further damage. Richard came in at the estimate we agreed upon at the beginning. We hope we don't have to do any major repairs on our home but Mallory Contracting will definitely be one of the outfits we reach out to for an estimate should the need arise. My wife and I were satisfied.“

We initially reached out to fix some rot around the basement door that had leaking problems, and Matt thoroughly inspected the issue and helped us solve the underlying moisture problems. He was more thorough and knowledgeable than other contractors we spoke to (my husband said "I wish we had found Matt sooner!"). While there were several issues that needed to be fixed (leaking door, bad drainage, improper flashing), Matt was super reasonable to work with at getting them fixed and advising us on best practices for what we could do ourselves.I appreciated that he took extra steps for safety and site clean up, given we had a toddler in the house.
