19800 Hwy 99, Lynnwood“First of all, the gym itself is amazing. It's huge with plenty of equipment (treadmills, stairclimbers, fake grass area for various training, class area, cardio bike room, free weight area, etc), and it's clean. I came to visit Lynnwood from Los Angeles, and I have to say that the LA Fitnesses in WA are better than the ones in LA ironically enough. I came and inquired about a week pass and Jesus was gracious enough to hook me up for free. That was such a kind gesture and a testament to their great customer service. Also, people in Lynnwood are pretty nice compared to LA people. Also, it's something people in Lynnwood probably take for granted but having free parking is so nice. In LA, you're often having to pay for parking. Anyways, in conclusion, this gym is great and so is their staff.“

19122 Beardslee Blvd #101, Bothell“I love Cut and Flow! Every time I walk in, I'm always greeted by somebody at the front desk with a warm smile. They offer Xformer and Yoga classes. Ive personally only taken 1 Xformer and a handful of yoga classes. I like that there's a variety of instructors with different styles. One thing to note is that it doesn't get hot enough in yoga to my liking- temperature also depends on each instructor. The locker area and bathroom/showers are also pristine! Cut and Flow sells grippy socks and lululemon clothes in the front. Don't forget to bring your own grippy socks to your first Xformer class, or you can purchase one at the studio. Their new client special is a great deal. One unlimited month for $99 which includes a free pair of grippy socks and free mat/towel rental. As of 9/11/24 there's also Xformer instructor in training classes which cost $15 per class! A drop in Xformer class typically cost $35.“

“I have not ever participated in a work out class so when my coworker asked if I wanted to try Barre I was scared that it was going to be too much. I watched some Tik Toks on what to expect and the class was amazing. I could not do all the movements but the instructor Liz offered modified movements and I didn't feel pressure to keep up. I still tried my best and I really enjoyed it, I'll be signing up again. everyone from the front desk receptionist Blayne to the other participants, they were all so nice and welcoming.“

1423 NW 70th St, Seattle“As a novice 10 years ago, I was apprehensive about going to my first yoga class. But that feeling quickly melted away when Christy started the class. Her soothing voice and informal, unhurried manner combined with very clear instructions made it super easy for me to get started. After a year of classes, I unfortunately had to stop doing yoga, but 10 years later, upon a cancer diagnosis, I discovered that Christy taught a yoga class for cancer patients. Remembering my previous experience with Christy, I jumped at the opportunity to take her classes again. When I stepped back in after such a long absence, it felt like I had come home. Christy’s gentle manner and excellent guidance has been invaluable to me as I deal with cancer treatment and its aftermath. Thank you, Christy, for being part of my care team! --Diane“
“As a dedicated yoga student for over twenty years I've taken classes at a myriad of studios and from a variety of teachers. Taj Yoga is an incredible studio and founder and teacher Theresa Elliot is a master of her craft and is always evolving and growing, sharing her enthusiasm and smart, safe movement practices in exciting ways without being snooty or woo-woo. Her classes are always fun and a good workout and I've learned immensely from her. The space is beautiful too with high ceilings, great light and solid maple floors. I also regularly attend Dylan Noebels early morning yoga classes here and have reviewed him independently under A-1 Yoga.“

She advised it was ok for me to start yoga while pregnant but she did ask for a doctor's note which made me think they really care about your wellbeing :). They have this special for new students where you can go as many times as you'd like during the first month for just $30, which is pretty awesome. So far I've tried a couple of different classes with Lydia, Michala and Cara and they've all been amazing. I most definitely will keep going to Leela's!“
