“Greatest crew of trainers who are willing to work with your pup's specific needs. I couldn't be more happy with the progress we've made with my dog in training classes and playgroups at Zoom Room. About a year ago, I adopted my dog as a puppy and she was so scared and reactive to people and dogs. We started her in "Calm Down" classes (great for reactive dogs) then moved into Obedience classes. We've also loved being able to safely socialize our dog in playgroups. The crew does a great job of ensuring your pup will be with dogs of similar size and play style so that they actually enjoy play! We've learned so much from the trainers at Zoom Room and have made so much progress. Our scared puppy has grown into a more confident, obedient and socialized dog. Highly recommend!“

“Jamaal has changed my family’s lives and I highly recommend his services! My dog Salem was an anxious, reactive 2 1/2 year old pup with a bite history. His breeder told us her Coltriever pups were bred to be calm dogs, often trained as therapy and service animals. Turns out our therapy pup needed therapy. He is a sweet, loving dog, but his anxiety and insecurities just made our lives so hard. He chased garbage trucks, school buses, attacked the windows/ doors (guarding our home from everyone). We tried medications, training programs and even an animal behaviorist. We still needed help!
Relocating to Tacoma, I happened upon Timeless K9 website. We figured a board and train program would help us get moved and Salem could get quality one:one training. Jamaal is wonderful to work with, he kept me up to date with Salem's training and so supportive. Salem came home, and I can finally take my dog for a walk without worrying about the "what ifs". He can let the loud noises, dogs, kids, trucks pass without reacting. Inside the home, he is no longer on guard, listens and responds to commands and finally has recall. “Our dog is a handful. She is a 130lb Cane Corso and my families first large breed dog. We started with Alex as soon as we recognized we needed to add some tools to the chest if our dog were to have the best life possible. They have boarding and they do grooming. I have done all three and you will be incredibly happy with either service you choose to use“

“I came to Hanna with my boy who is a Cane Corso mix after he had been attacked by another dog. He became extremely fearful of any dog we saw while outside. The dog could have been a football field away and my dog would lose his mind. Jumping around, barking, lunging etc. and my words would fall on deaf ears and I couldn’t get his attention back onto me. I was to the point of giving up. But I found Hanna and that all changed. My boy went from being a crazy lunatic at the end of the leash at the sight of a dog or even a jingle of a collar to a well behaved and calm dog again. He’s now able to work around other dogs, ignore other dogs, and focus on me. He’s able to go back to working as my service dog and helping me navigate the world. Because of Hanna I have my boy back. Because of Hanna I have a dog I can once again take out into public and him be confident, calm, and focused. Thank you Hanna so so much!!! “Wonderful!Took our youngest for a trial run and they were very informative. Offered extra options but didn’t “force” them on me. The pricing was very reasonable.We went back and boarded all 3 of our dogs for a long weekend and it was amazing to not have to worry about the pups while we were gone. All three came back happy ?.“

“We used this place to board our 2 pups and it went great! Drop off and pickup was very easy and the prices were affordable for the area. They allowed me to set up my pups kennel (which was large and clean). My one dog has a lot of anxiety and had never been boarded but seemed to do great there! They were clean and in great shape upon pickup. I would use this place again!“

“My dog loves this daycare, he’s so happy when I pick him up. One thing that really stood out was how seriously they take the trial run to make sure your dog is a good fit. The owner mentioned that they also do “down time” so the dogs can have space and don’t run themselves ragged playing constantly. I’m very grateful they open at 5:30, which allows me to make it to work on time (only daycare in the area open this early, btw!). Staff members are always so kind and friendly.

“Been a client since 2006. Protection and obedience training with two shepards and currently finished my new pup in puppy preschool in 2023. I have called Ron many times for guidance throughout the years and he and all of his staff have gone over and beyond every time. If willing to put in the work, be consistent and flexible to learn the way dogs communicate, you won’t be disappointed.“

“Playground: Right in the middle of the picnic areas, makes for easy observation of little ones while enjoying the view of the lake and sitting at your picnic area.

Toilets: They try to keep up from vandalism and homeless residing in there. Is anywhere safe from the stench and messes of tweakers? There are 2 bathroom buildings along the lake walking path, on the east side in the main building, and on the south side facing S. 72nd St.

Dog-friendliness: 3 fenced off leash areas. Not everyone picks up after their pooch, which is unacceptable being there are bags and trash cans posted throughout all 3. Decent place to do socializing and training with distractions.

Picnic area: One covered kitchen shelter, sometimes have to deal with homeless people residing there, but I feel that's pretty much anywhere now days. There's several tables and benches scattered about the park, even in the off leash area. Concentration of picnic tables around the playground, convenient for watching kids while watching your picnic area at the same time.“

“10/10 would recommend them! First time boarding with them and I have nothing but positive things to say. Being gone for over a week, I was so grateful for the quick replies with updates and pictures of my dogs! The staff are so nice and helpful. They helped me bring my dogs out to my car when I picked them up, and having one small dog and one large old dog it’s a hassle by myself. Great place, great staff who communicate well! Thank you!!“
