Professional, efficient and always kind. I have been coming here since we moved to UP in 2002. Dr Theissen is amazing. They are not cheap but my insurance works well here and they have even submitted claims for me so I don’t have to handle.

Chambers Creek Veterinary Hospital is my everyday veterinary and my visit today was to have my 8 month old Cavapoo neutered. This appointment was set up for months and the reminders and communication was spot on. My pre-surgery instructions were very clear and the time of my visit was clear. From the time I dropped of my puppy, the clinic handled us with compassion and professionalism. The doctor called me as soon as my dog was out of surgery to let me know he was ok and my post surgery instructions were gone over with patience and precision. Dr. Houfek was very kind and caring towards my two cats. I liked that he remembered concerns I brought up in a previous appointment to follow up with me on how my cat is doing. The examination was both thorough and quick.
