“My sholders and knees hurt for over 20 years, I came to anchor, got to meet all of there friendly and helpful staff. They taught me real at home easy exercises to do with no purchase of exercise equipment. I have not been in over one year now because I don't feel the need to and any time I feel any tightness I remember the stretches they taught me, I do them and move on with my day . THANK YOU!!!
