Karen was great! I had a request for Xrays and was expecting a turnaround time of days, she had it way before I had anticipated and gave me several calls to let me know it was completed. Awesome service and really cool experience
Been here half a dozen times over the past several years. The place is usually busy, and I have waited up to two hours on one occasion. Very good service and I am okay with the wait - I have had them take me within 10 minutes (ahead of others, due to feat of strangulated hernia). It is Urgent Care, and they do a good job with stressed out patients who all want to be first.
I came in a few days ago after being really sick for a week. I've always hated and dreaded visits to walk-in facilities because I usually leave with more questions than answers but this time, Steven made the visit a stress free and comforting one. I felt like he actually cared to hear what was going on and I was able to get the help I needed. Thanks to him, I have less reservations about seeking out care when needed rather than waiting until the last minute.
