Here I found the laziest front desk staff I've ever encountered. They wouldn't get off their duffs to help you if your pants were on fire. Rude? That would be a compliment to these people. They were downright hostile, glaring at me (and other in line) with open contempt. My concerns for my loved one's health were met with scoffing, eye rolls and utter disregard for human suffering of any kind. Their obscene behavior was so absurdly over the top it would almost be funny...if my family's health and quality of life were not under their direct assault. These people are sick. The system that creates such monsters is also sick...and beyond repair. I yearn for the day when it completely collapses once and for all, because that will be the moment when we can finally give corporate medicine the finger and create a new system of humane healing, one that does not view the people it serves as objects of loathing to be exploited and discarded.

Stopped in for a blood draw. Confusing instructions in the lobby for this with no staff working the front desk. Finally figured out what paper they wanted filled out and how to get their attention after waiting around for someone to come to the desk.

I never leave reviews but I have had it with this place. Can never get in. Dr is always out. Other drs I get in to see are short and obviously don't want to or don't have time to listen to concerns. I can get a virtual appointment right away but can't get in to see primary for two or three months. I like her very much but nothing is working and I have been in debilitating pain for 2 1/2 years now. Indigo was great.
