Karl, the owner, actually came out to bid it which I thought was awesome and showed they are a small, family owned business. I had several questions as this was a big investment and there is no shortage of options or companies to do the work. He responded to each of my questions via email every day and within a couple of hours. The "other guy" did not which cost them the job. Legacy One was not only the most responsive but was also the most competitively priced. The guys that came out did the entire job in one day which included hauling away the old equipment. Olympic came out to see if my furnace could be repaired. They gave me all the facts and let me make up my mind based on solid information. He did a quick diagnosis over the phone, and he arranged to have his representative at our home the next morning. Brian showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, due to the age of the furnace, a replacement furnace made the most sense. “I've worked with 2 sons in both a design and emergency capacity. For the design, they installed a tankless heater in series with our heat pump water heater. It's been running swell, install was fast and on time & budget, and they were one of the few willing to take on a job of the complexity (didn't think it was that complex but apparently other plumbers we reached out to thought it was?) Second time was for our drainage pump alarm going off. They promised to come out the next day on a weekend but found some time to squeeze me in about an hour after I initially called. Apparently my float valves were stuck. Also super fast, professional, and they reduced the price given it wasn't a failing pump as I initially feared and thus the time wasn't as long as estimated. Fair and competent plumbers, will work with them again.“

“I have been blown away with how great All Climate is to work with. Frankly, I am always skeptical when working with any company to fix/improve anything. Feels like we live in an area that any service is expensive so I am always worried that I will choose wrong place and spend the money and have a poor result. And then comes All Climate. I have used them for my furnace, to install a tankless water heater and most recently to upgrade my electrical panel and set up a generator transfer switch. Each time the have been wonderful with scheduling, clear and prompt with communication and always on time. Even when pivots are needed for unforeseen things they clearly let me know what is going on and the timeline for resolution. Overall, I think their prices are fair but the peace of mind that I am working with a company with integrity and a clear eye on customer service makes me happy to keep going back to them for house projects. Lastly I have to call out two people directly: First, Eddie who does a lot of their scheduling is wonderful. He always responds in a timely manner, is quick to solve logistical problems and does what he says he will. That goes a LONG way in today's world. Second, I have to give a MAJOR shout out to Vince. He does a lot of their electrical work and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is extremely professional, easy to work with, patient in how he explains what he is doing and most of all someone who goes above and beyond. We had the big bomb cyclone, he not only came to our house pn a day's notice during it to finish the electrical job but he also came back on the weekend to add an additional fix which let me utilize my generator to get our furnace and water heater back on. He literally was the difference of my family being able to stay in our house or not. From a dad with three kids that is HUGE. Customer service A++++.“
